Цель. Выявить актуальные проблемы, связанные с проведением и организацией кадрового аудита в компании.

Процедура и методы

Процедура и методы. При написании статьи использовался современный научный инструментарий комплексного анализа, ситуационный анализ состояния локальнонормативной базы, трудовых договоров, систем выплат, личных дел сотрудников, охраны труда. Всё это позволяет понять самые уязвимые места компании с персоналом с точки зрения закона.

Результаты

Результаты. Обоснована необходимость проводить проверку тех областей кадрового делопроизводства, из-за нарушений в которых работодателя могут привлечь к ответственности, большим штрафам и, возможно, приостановить деятельность компании.

Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость заключается в раскрытии важности проведения кадрового аудита в компании, определении перспектив его развития.

Aim. Identify current problems related to the conduct and organization of personnel audits in the company.

Methodology

Methodology. When writing the article, a modern scientific toolkit for comprehensive analysis, situational analysis of the state of the local regulatory framework, labor contracts, payment systems, personal files of employees and labor protection were used. All this makes it possible to understand the most vulnerable places of the company with personnel from the point of view of the law.

Results

Results. It is justified that it is necessary to conduct an audit of those areas of personnel management, due to violations in which the employer can be held accountable, large fines and, possibly, suspend the company’s activities.

Research implications

Research implications. It consists in revealing the importance of conducting personnel audits in the company, determining the prospects for its development.
