Цель. Совершенствование существующей современной модели организации, а также процессов контроля и управления в условиях замещения технологического уклада с учётом изменений, вызванных цифровизацией экономики.
Процедура и методы. В статье дан глубокий анализ сущности и особенностей технологических укладов, а также характер их замещения с использованием теоретического и системного анализа. При проведении исследования в рамках диалектического, исторического, системного и комплексного подходов к научному познанию рассматриваемых проблем использовались методы анализа и синтеза, индукции и дедукции и другие методы обработки и обобщения информации. При исследовании влияния процесса замещения технологического уклада и цифровизации экономики на отношения между субъектами рынка труда использовались методы системного, сравнительного и SWOT-анализа.
Результаты. В статье рассмотрены основные понятия и составляющие технологических укладов, исследованы особенности процесса замещения технологического уклада, проанализирован характер изменений взаимоотношений участников рыночных отношений в условиях замещения технологического уклада, а также предложен подход к оценке эффективности труда персонала в условиях цифровизации экономики. Сделан вывод о том, что в завершающей фазе цикла пятого технологического уклада процессы труда и организации управления будут отличаться о того, какими они были в его начальной фазе. Отмечена важность факта преемственности технологических укладов и информационных технологий, как основного фактора перехода к шестому технологическому укладу. Предложено использование временной модели оценки результатов труда, которая позволит контролировать и мотивировать виртуальные команды, представляющие новый класс адаптированных к цифровой среде работников.
Теоретическая и практическая значимость. Основные теоретико-методологические особенности анализа технологических укладов, рассмотренные в научной статье, с точки зрения теоретических подходов дополняют существующие концепции как отечественных, так и зарубежных авторов, что способствует более качественному анализу социальноэкономических процессов в экономике современной России в условиях формирования рыночной системы хозяйствования.
Aim. Improving the existing organizational model, as well as control and management processes in the context of the replacement of the technological structure, considering changes caused by the digitalization of the economy.
Methodology. The article examines the essence and features of technological structures and the nature of their replacement using theoretical and systemic analysis. When conducting research within the framework of dialectical, historical, systemic and integrated approaches to scientific knowledge of the problems under consideration, methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction and other methods of processing and summarizing information were used. When studying the impact of the process of substitution of the technological structure and digitalization of the economy on relations between subjects of the labor market, methods of systemic, comparative and SWOT analysis were used.
Results. The article examines the concept and components of technological structures, the features of the process of replacing a technological structure; analyzes the nature of changes in the relationships between participants in market relations in the conditions of replacement of a technological structure, and proposes an approach to assessing the efficiency of personnel in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. It is concluded that in the final phase of the cycle of the fifth technological order, the processes of labor and management organization will differ from what they were in its initial phase. The importance of the fact of continuity between technological structures and information technologies is noted as the main factor in the transition to the sixth technological structure. It is proposed to use a temporary model for assessing labor results, which will allow monitoring and motivating virtual teams representing a new class of workers adapted to the digital environment.
Theoretical and practical significance. The main theoretical and methodological features of the analysis of technological structures considered in the scientific article, from the point of view of theoretical approaches, complement the existing concepts of both domestic and foreign authors, which contributes to a better analysis of socio-economic processes in the economy of modern Russia in the context of the formation of a market management system.
