Цель. Исследование специфических особенностей, ключевых показателей и актуальных проблем реализации проектов государственно-частного партнёрства (далее – ГЧП) в транспортной сфере России на современном этапе развития.

Процедура и методы

Процедура и методы. Методологическую основу исследования составили общенаучные методы познания экономических процессов и явлений, в частности, метод анализа (способствовал выявлению результатов реализации транспортных проектов на современном рынке ГЧП), метод синтеза (обеспечил объединение в единое целое специфических особенностей транспортных проектов ГЧП), метод экспертной оценки (содействовал предложению мер по решению актуальных проблем реализации транспортных проектов ГЧП), логические методы (способствовали определению перспектив развития ГЧП в транспортной сфере России).

Результаты

Результаты. Выявлены и систематизированы особенности и ключевые показатели реализации транспортных проектов ГЧП. Выделены актуальные проблемы и направления поступательного развития ГЧП в транспортной сфере России.

Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Теоретическая значимость заключается в развитии научных основ применения ГЧП в транспортной сфере. Практическая значимость связана с возможностью использования полученных результатов при принятии решений по обеспечению эффективной реализации транспортных проектов ГЧП в России.

Aim

Aim. Research of specific features, key indicators and actual problems of implementation of publicprivate partnership (hereinafter – PPP) projects in the transport sector of Russia at the present stage of development.

Methodology

Methodology. The methodological basis of the study was made up of general scientific methods of cognition of economic processes and phenomena, in particular, the analysis method (contributed to the identification of the results of the implementation of transport projects in the modern PPP market), the synthesis method (ensured the unification into a single whole of the specific features of PPP transport projects), the expert evaluation method (contributed to the proposal of measures to solve urgent problems of the implementation of PPP transport projects), logical methods (contributed to determining the prospects for the development of PPP in the transport sector of Russia).

Results

Results. The features and key indicators of the implementation of PPP transport projects are identified and systematized. The actual problems and directions of the progressive development of PPP in the transport sector of Russia are highlighted.

Research implications

Research implications. The theoretical significance lies in the development of the scientific foundations of the use of PPP in the transport sector. The practical significance is connected with the possibility of using the results obtained when making decisions to ensure the effective implementation of PPP transport projects in Russia.
