Процедура моделирования представляет собой выявление причинно-следственных связей для реактивного и проактивного установления тенденций, накопления теоретических и практических знаний и разработки на этой базе практических рекомендаций. Представлен алгоритм когнитивного моделирования эффективного функционирования порта на основе использования теории сценарного подхода, основываясь на отобранной совокупности показателей.</p><p>Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Использование когнитивной карты позволяет определить влияние соответствующих подсистем факторов на эффективное функционирование порта и формировать, соответственно, обеспечение условий эффективного функционирования. Такой подход представляет собой инструмент достижения целей за счёт структурированных совершенствований в рамках операционной стратегии компании.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The purpose of the study is to consider the possibility of using a cognitive approach in seaport management.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. The method of cognitive modeling was used to construct a cognitive map of the effective functioning of the port, methods of system analysis in the selection and systematization of factors and indicators of the effective functioning of the port, and the theory of the scenario approach.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A cognitive map of the effective functioning of the port was constructed based on a set of collected indicators. The modeling procedure is the identification of cause-and-effect relationships for the reactive and proactive establishment of trends, the accumulation of theoretical and practical knowledge and the development of practical recommendations on this basis. An algorithm for cognitive modeling of the effective functioning of the port is presented based on the use of the scenario approach theory based on a selected set of indicators.</p></sec><sec><title>Research implications</title><p>Research implications. The use of a cognitive map will make it possible to determine the influence of the relevant subsystems of factors on the effective functioning of the port and, accordingly, to formulate the conditions for effective functioning.
