Цель. Актуализация проблематики повышения ценности научного знания.Процедура и методы. Проведён анализ академических источников и государственных программных документов Королевства Нидерландов, систематизирована и обобщена информация о механизмах, моделях и результатах валоризации научного знания как элемента научно-технической политики.Результаты. В работе раскрыт генезис понятия «валоризация», механизмы повышения ценности научного знания в сфере общественно-гуманитарных наук, обобщены подходы к пониманию феномена валоризации научного знания в академической сфере, проведён анализ опыты валоризации научного знания в Королевстве Нидерландов.Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. В исследовании предложены актуальные инструменты оценки ценности научного знания и обозначены современные модели осуществления валоризации на региональном уровне.

Aim. Actualization of the problems of increasing the value of scientific knowledge.Methodology. The analysis of academic sources and government policy documents of the Kingdom of the Netherlands is carried out, information on mechanisms, models and results of valorization of scientific knowledge as an element of scientific and technical policy is systematized and summarized.Results. The study reveals the genesis of the concept of “valorization”, mechanisms for increasing the value of scientific knowledge in the field of social sciences and humanities, summarizes approaches to understanding the phenomenon of valorization of scientific knowledge in the academic field, analyzes the experiences of valorization of scientific knowledge in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.Research implications. The study offers relevant tools for assessing the value of scientific knowledge and identifies modern models for the implementation of valorization at the regional level.
