Цель. Целью работы является анализ взаимодействия субъектов технологического развития в высокотехнологичном секторе экономики и разработка модели, которая бы структурировала данный процесс.Процедура и методы. Исследование опирается на анализ отечественной и зарубежной научной литературы, посвящённой вопросам особенностей развития высокотехнологичного сектора экономики. Методологической основой работы стали системный и аналитический подходы. Системный подход позволяет рассматривать взаимодействие субъектов как сложную систему с множеством взаимосвязей, где каждая группа участников играет свою уникальную роль. Аналитический подход включает выделение и классификацию ключевых субъектов, изучение их целей и функций, а также анализ специфических форм их взаимодействия. Для разработки модели взаимодействия использован метод структурного анализа, позволяющий систематизировать и визуализировать сложные взаимосвязи между участниками инновационного процесса.Результаты. Представлены ключевые субъекты, их цели и функции в процессе технологического развития, рассмотрены возможные формы их сотрудничества. Представлена модель взаимодействия субъектов регионального технологического развития, которая имеет ряд особенностей характерных для высокотехнологичного сектора экономики: а) бизнес в высокотехнологичном секторе целесообразно рассматривать как межфирменные взаимодействия гибридного характера с преимущественно сетевым взаимодействием; б) ключевую роль играет платформенное взаимодействие, при котором субъекты взаимодействуют на основе единой технологической платформы; в) значительное внимание уделяется стартапам, финансируемым венчурными фондами как перспективным участникам инновационного процесса; г) важным элементом является сотрудничество бизнеса с научно-образовательными центрами мирового уровня, которые способствуют научным исследованиям и разработкам; д) государственные корпорации выступают лидерами технологического развития, обеспечивая продвижение ключевых направлений технологического развития.Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Разработанная модель взаимодействия субъектов позволяет структурировать процессы технологического развития. Она служит основой для дальнейших исследований и практических рекомендаций по разработке механизмов технологического развития в рамках управленческого и стейкхолдерского подходов.
Aim. The objective of the study is to analyze the interaction of technological development players in the high-tech sector of the economy and to develop a model that would structure this process.Methodology. The study is based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature devoted to the issues of the specific features of the development of the high-tech sector of the economy. The methodological basis of the study is the systemic and analytical approaches. The systemic approach allows us to consider the interaction of players as a complex system with many relationships, where each group of participants plays its own unique role. The analytical approach includes the identification and classification of key players, the study of their goals and functions, as well as the analysis of specific forms of their interaction. To develop the interaction model, the method of structural analysis was used, which allows us to systematize and visualize complex relationships between participants in the innovation process.Results. The key players, their goals and functions in the process of technological development are presented, and possible forms of their cooperation are considered. The study presents a model of interaction between regional technological development players, which has a number of features typical for the high-tech sector of the economy: a) business in the high-tech sector should be considered as inter-firm interactions of a hybrid nature with predominantly network interaction; b) platform interaction plays a key role, in which players interact on the basis of a single technological platform; c) considerable attention is paid to start-ups financed by venture funds as promising participants in the innovation process; d) an important element is the cooperation of business with world-class scientific and educational centers that promote scientific research and development; e) state corporations act as leaders in technological development, ensuring the advancement of key areas of technological development.Research implications. The developed model of interaction between players allows structuring the processes of technological development. It serves as a basis for further research and practical recommendations for the development of mechanisms for technological development within the framework of the management and stakeholder approaches.
