Цель. Рассмотреть влияние цифровизации экономики на состояние рынка труда и трудовой сферы, определить характер этого влияния.

Процедура и методы

Процедура и методы. Основное содержание исследования составляет анализ потенциала регионов в разрезе развития экономики и инноватики. Используются ряд общенаучных методов, в частности, анализ и синтез, сравнение, обобщение и др. Эмпирической базой исследования послужили данные статистики Росстата, данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики по Саратовской области, Министерства труда и социальной защиты Саратовской области по рынку труда и занятости.

Результаты

Результаты. Проведённый анализ показал, что влияние цифровизации на рынок труда и трудовую сферу может носить как положительный, так и отрицательный характер.

Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость заключается в анализе потенциала регионов в разрезе развития экономики и инноватики, выделении показателей для анализа и сравнения. Разработка и принятие мер по трудоустройству работников, чьи навыки перестали соответствовать требованиям цифровой экономики, могут стать объектом дальнейших исследований.

Aim. To consider the impact of digitalization of the economy on the state of the labor market and the labor sphere, to determine the nature of this impact.

Methodology

Methodology. The main content of the study is the analysis of the potential of the regions in the context of economic development and innovation. A number of general scientific methods are used, in particular, analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, etc. The empirical basis of the study was the statistical data of Rosstat, the Federal State Statistics Service for the Saratov Region, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Saratov Region on the labor market and employment.

Results

Results. The analysis showed that the impact of digitalization on the labor market and the labor sphere can be both positive and negative.

Research implications lies in the analysis of the potential of the regions in the context of economic development and innovation, the identification of indicators for analysis and comparison. The development and adoption of measures to employ workers whose skills no longer meet the requirements of the digital economy can become the object of further research.
