Цель. Исследовать эволюцию управленческих инновационных концепций в промышленности и выявить ключевые тенденции, определяющие современные практики менеджмента.Процедура и методы исследования. Методика исследования основывается на методах анализа и синтеза, индукции и дедукции, диагностического подхода, интерпретации результатов исследования и некоторых других.Результаты. Выявлено, что эволюция управленческих инновационных концепций в промышленности прошла путь от жёстких иерархических моделей управления к более гибким и адаптивным подходам с цифровыми и устойчивыми моделями, с явной зависимостью от технологических волн и национальных особенностей развития промышленности. Определены ключевые тенденции в развитии систем управления российскими промышленными предприятиями.Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость заключается в том, что на основании полученных результатов исследования теоретически обоснованы и сформулированы практические рекомендации для российских промышленных предприятий по переходу к концепции «Индустрия 4.0» на стратегическом, тактическом и операционном уровнях.

Aim. To investigate the evolution of managerial innovation concepts in industry and identify key trends that define modern management practices.Methodology. The research methodology is based on the methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, diagnostic approach, interpretation of research results and some others.Results. It was revealed that the evolution of managerial innovation concepts in industry has gone from rigid, hierarchical management models to more flexible and adaptive approaches with digital and sustainable models, with a clear dependence on technological waves and national characteristics of industrial development. Key trends in the development of management systems for Russian industrial enterprises have been identified.Research implications. The theoretical and practical significance lies in the fact that, based on the research results, practical recommendations for Russian industrial enterprises on the transition to the concept of “Industry 4.0” at the strategic, tactical and operational levels are theoretically substantiated and formulated.
