Данная статья посвящена исследованию особенностей функционирования моделей систем здравоохранения в развитых странах и разработке на этой основе концепции развития системы здравоохранения в России, а также реорганизации управления медицинскими учреждениями. Рассматривается применение моделей систем здравоохранения в Германии, Франции, Австрии, Швейцарии, США, странах Скандинавии, Великобритании, Ирландии и ряде других. Выявлены принципиальные различия между системами. В завершение исследования автором предлагается ряд мер и предложений по совершенствованию российского здравоохранения.
This article studies the features of the functional models of health care systems in developed countries and proposes a new concept of health care development in Russia and reorganization of management at medical institutions. The author considers the models of health care systems in Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, the USA, Scandinavian countries, Great Britain, Denmark, Ireland and others, revealing fundamental differences between them. On the basis of the analysis of the peculiarities of foreign health care systems a number of measures for improvement of the Russian health care system were suggested.
