В статье рассматривается роль инновационных процессов в строительстве. Поднимаются такие вопросы, как проблемы массового внедрения инноваций в строительстве, даётся оценка строительства как многоступенчатого и поступательного процесса. Приводятся примеры результатов внедрения инновационных методов в строительный процесс и производство материалов и изделий. Проанализирован ряд факторов, создающих проблемы массового внедрения инновационных технологий в строительство в целом. Авторы приходят к выводу, что в результате внедрения инновационных процессов в строительство усовершенствуется производство материалов и изделий.
The article considers the role of innovative processes in construction. He authors tackle such problem as mass implementation of innovations in construction, and evaluate the construction as a multi-stage and progressive process. The examples are provided of the results of the introduction of innovative methods in construction and the production of materials and products. A number of factors that create the problems of mass introduction of innovative technologies in construction as a whole are analyzed. The authors come to the conclusion that as a result of the introduction of innovative construction processes the production of materials and products will be improved.
