В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы нормирования специалистов в сфере информационных технологий (IT). Выявлено, что нормировать специалистов общеизвестными методами невозможно, так как их работа является нетипичной. В статье рассматривается последовательность установления нормы времени в зависимости от вида выполняемых задач. Особое внимание уделяется использованию «таймшитов» при нормировании труда на предприятии. Итогом работы является предложенный автором алгоритм определения оптимального времени работ.
This article deals with the problem of standardization of specialists in the field of information technology (IT). It is revealed that the standardization of such specialists is impossible by traditional techniques, as their work is not typical. The article discusses the dependence of establishing time standards on the type of tasks. It is highlighted that the use of “timesheets” is absolutely necessary in the standardization of labour. In conclusion the author proposes an algorithm for determining the optimal work time.
