В статье рассматриваются различные концептуальные подходы к анализу атрибутивных свойств наукоемких компаний в сфере услуг и их роли в современной экономике. Рассмотрена типология зарубежных наукоемких компаний. Расширение спектра научных исследований на современном этапе в области сервисных инноваций доказывается на примере применения методологических подходов к оценке инноваций в секторе услуг с использованием ассимиляционного, демаркационного и синтетического подходов. Дан анализ проблем устойчивого развития, факторов «успешности», концентрации наукоемких компаний в сфере услуг в мегаполисах и регионах в разрезе ведущих стран.
The article aims at describing varies conceptual approaches to the analysis of attributive features immanent to knowledge-intensive service companies and the role of such companies in present-day economy. The typology of foreign knowledge intensive companies is studied. The article proves the broadening of the range of contemporary research in the field of service innovations by evidence of application of methodological approaches to their evaluation. The author analyses the problems of stable development, “success” factors and concentration of high tech companies in the services sector in metropolitan areas and regions of the leading countries.
