В статье описываются теоретичес- кие аспекты и современное положение дел в про- мышленном менеджменте. Анализируя достоинства и недостатки применяющихся в настоящее время способов менеджмента, автор приходит к выводу, что управление - сложный непрерывный функцио- нальный процесс. Будущее управления - в повыше- нии его эффективности, что может быть осущест- влено высокомотивированными руководителями всех уровней, готовыми к непрерывному повышению своей квалификации, широко применяющими в ра- боте принципы индивидуального подхода с учётом поставленных целей, задач, специфики деятель- ности предприятия, индивидуальных особенностей сотрудников и прочих факторов.
The article studies theoretical aspects and current state of industrial management. Having analyzed weak and strong points of current management methods, the author came to the conclusion that management is a complex continual functional process. The future of management is determined by improvement of its effectiveness, which should be executed by highly motivated managers of all levels, who are ready for continual advancing of their skills, who apply the principals of individual approach with due account of the tasks and assignments set, specific character of enterprise activity, individual peculiarities of employees and other factors.
