В статье рассматриваются воп- росы разработки комплексного подхода к форми- рованию и развитию систем управления рисками промышленного предприятия на основе концепции корпоративного риск-менеджмента. Данный подход детерминирован сложностью и многоаспектностью процессов управления на предприятиях в сфере производства строительных материалов, основыва- ется на распределительной функциональной моде- ли и в своей структуре содержит методологический, организационный, нормативно-информационный, экономический, психологический аспекты, игнори- рование которых может негативно сказаться на эф- фективности функционирования разрабатываемых структур. Приведен ряд концептуальных принципов, которые могут быть положены в основу гибких и ак- туальных систем управления риском.
The article considers the problems of forming and developing risk management systems at industrial enterprise based on Enterprise Wide Risk- Management. The method is determined by management complexity and multiplicity at industrial enterprises producing building materials. It is based on distributive functional model and its structure includes methodological, organizational, regulatory, informational, economical and psychological aspects. Ignoring these aspects may negatively affect the effi ciency of the developed systems operation. The article also suggests a number of conceptual principles which could become the foundation of adaptive and urgent risk-management systems
