Статья посвящена проблематике развития человеческого капитала в контексте теории человеческого капитала Гэри Беккера. Доказывается, что применение этой теории к анализу российского рынка образовательных услуг дает противоречащие ей же самой результаты. В этой связи рынок образовательных услуг в России управля- ется фактором риска социальной незащищенности, а не стремлением к максимизации личного дохода, как на Запале.
The article is devoted to a problematic of development of the human capital in a context of the theory of the human capital of Gary Becker. It is proved, that application of this theory to the analysis of the Russian educational market gives results contradicting it. In this connection the educational market in Russia is ruling by a risk factor of social vulnerability, instead of maximization of the personal income, as in USA and other developed countries.
