Статья посвящена анализу трансформации системы управления охраной здоровья населения в СССР, и в России переходного периода 1992-2002 гг. Особое внимание уделяется роли национального проекта «Здоровье» в трансформации социальной сферы и методам достижения стабилизации населения страны и повышения продолжительности жизни населения.
Clause is devoted to the analysis of transformation of a control system of public health care in the USSR, a transition period 1992-2002. The special attention is given a role of the national project “Health” in transformation of social sphere and to methods of achievement of stabilization of the population of the country and increase of life expectancy of the population.
