Статья посвящена методологическим проблемам анализа развития стран третьего мира. Вкратце рассматриваются вопросы применения достижений эко- номической теории к анализу проблем стран третьего мира. Предлагается синтезиро- ванный подход к изучению вопросов экономического развития, включающий как дости- жения неоклассической экономики, так и неоинституциональной теории. Доказывается, что неокейнсианские и неоклассические модели экономического развития страдают абс- трактностью и не в большинстве своем не содержат анализа влияния связей в мировой экономике на развитие отдельных экономик. This article is devoted to methodological problems of the analysis of development of the third world. Questions of application of achievements of the economic theory to the analysis of problems of the third world are considered in brief. The synthesized approach is offered to studying questions of the economic development, including achievements of economics and new institutional theory. It is proved, that economics and Keynes concept of development have many failures and do not contain the analysis of infl uence of communications in worlds economy on development of national economies.
