Цель. Статья посвящена анализу влияния внешних и внутренних факторов на длительность операционного цикла промышленного предприятия.

Процедура и методы исследования. При проведении исследования использовались методы системного анализа, позволяющие комплексно рассматривать процессы, происходящие на промышленных предприятиях.

Результаты проведенного исследования. Анализ длительности операционного цикла предполагает выделение ключевых активов, а также позволяет проводить на предприятиях мероприятия по оптимизации технико-экономических процессов, обеспечивающих эффективность и надёжность эксплуатации и обслуживания ключевых активов, способствует повышению рентабельности капитала, эффективности вложений и инвестиционной привлекательности предприятия.

Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Показано, что повышение эффективности операционного цикла промышленного предприятия может быть обеспечено за счёт внедрения современных практик управления ресурсами, а также передовых информационно-технологических решений. Автоматизация и цифровизация ключевых операционных процессов позволяют оперативно принимать производственные и маркетинговые решения на основе собранных данных, повышать операционную эффективность и уровень безопасности производства, контролировать и снижать не только финансовые затраты, но и экологическую нагрузку.

Aim

Aim. The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of external and internal factors influencing the duration of the operating cycle of an industrial enterprise.

Methodology

Methodology. During the research, methods of system analysis were used, which allow to comprehensively consider the processes taking place at industrial enterprises.

Results

Results. The analysis of the duration of the operating cycle involves the allocation of key assets, and also allows enterprises to carry out measures to optimize technical and economic processes that ensure the efficiency and reliability of operation and maintenance of key assets, contributes to improving the return on capital, investment efficiency and investment attractiveness of the enterprise.

Research implications

Research implications. It is shown that increasing the efficiency of the operating cycle of an industrial enterprise can be achieved through the introduction of modern resource management practices, as well as advanced information technology solutions. Automation and digitalization of key operational processes make it possible to quickly make production and marketing decisions based on the collected data, increase operational efficiency and the level of production safety, control and reduce not only financial costs, but also the environmental burden.
