Цель. В работе рассмотрена проблема управления повышением эффективности операционного цикла промышленного предприятия на основе управления обеспечивающими его функционирование финансовыми активами.
Процедура и методы. При проведении исследования в качестве основного метода авторы использовали системный анализ, позволяющий рассмотреть процесс изменения продолжительности операционного цикла современного промышленного предприятия комплексно, с учётом его отраслевых особенностей.
Результаты. В процессе проведённого исследования выявлено, что, с учётом современных отраслевых тенденций, повышение эффективности операционного цикла промышленного предприятия может быть обеспечено за счёт внедрения современных практик управления ресурсами, а также за счёт сквозного внедрения передовых информационно-технологических решений. Проведение мероприятий по автоматизации и цифровизации ключевых операционных процессов позволяют промышленному предприятию не только оперативно принимать взвешенные производственные, финансовые и маркетинговые решения, но и повысить операционную эффективность и уровень безопасности производства.
Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Авторами работы на основе особенностей развития современных промышленных предприятий предложено экономическое обоснование влияния эффективности операционного цикла на запланированные показатели развития данного предприятия. На основании проведённого анализа выделены факторы, оказывающие влияние на длительность операционного цикла предприятий. Внедрение современных систем управления активами может обеспечить предприятию контроль и снижение не только финансовых затрат, но и внешней экологической нагрузки.
Aim. The article considers the problem of managing the increase in the efficiency of the operating cycle of an industrial enterprise based on the management of financial assets that ensure its functioning.Methodology. When conducting the study, the authors used a system analysis as the main method, which allows us to consider the process of changing the duration of the operating cycle of a modern industrial enterprise in a comprehensive manner, taking into account its industry characteristics.
Results. In the course of the conducted research, it was revealed that, taking into account modern industry trends, the increase of the operating cycle efficiency at an industrial enterprise can be achieved through the introduction of modern resource management practices, as well as through the introduction of advanced information technology solutions. The implementation of measures to automate and digitalize key operational processes allows an industrial enterprise not only to promptly take the deliberate production, financial and marketing decisions, but also to increase the operational efficiency and the level of production safety.
Research implications. The authors of the work, based on the features of the development of modern industrial enterprises, proposed an economic justification for the impact of the efficiency of the operating cycle on the planned indicators of the development of the given enterprise. Based on the analysis, the factors influencing the duration of the operating cycle of enterprises are identified. The introduction of modern asset management systems can provide the company with control and reduction of not only financial costs, but also external environmental burden.
