The increase in government payments in 2020 is associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. A regression in the profitability of entrepreneurship is recorded, reflecting the economic difficulties of small and medium-sized businesses. Property revenues peaked in 2020.
Research implications. The theoretical significance of this work lies in the enrichment and development of existing scientific approaches to the analysis of socio-economic changes and living standards of the population. The practical component is expressed in the development of recommendations aimed at forming a social strategy to improve the living conditions of the population.
