The system of principles of industrial sovereignty of Russia

Abstract

Aim. The purpose of the research is to develop and systematize the principles of industrial sovereignty, which are the basis for the formation of effective state policy and strategies for the development of domestic industry.

Methodology. The work uses a systematic approach that involves a comprehensive and integrated analysis of all aspects related to the principles of industrial sovereignty.

Results. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the development of a system of principles of industrial sovereignty, such as: the principle of strategic orientation in industry, the principle of industrial consistency, the principle of industrial innovation, the principle of industrial self-sufficiency, the principle of adaptability and flexibility of industry, the principle of import substitution and localization of critical technologies and components in industry, the principle of public-private partnership (PPP) in industry, the principle of staffing in industry.

Research implications. lies in the expansion and development of theories of economic and innovation policy, in the framework of strengthening industrial sovereignty, as well as in the possibility of developing effective measures to ensure industrial sovereignty and, in general, the economic security of the country.
