https://doi.org/ 10.18384/2310-6646-2017-2-8-17

Abstract

The article deals with the perspectives of development of renewable sources of energy as well as causes and evidence that this type of energy starts growing faster in the world energy mix. By examples of China, EU and the USA the authors analyze the key economic indicators characterizing the industry of renewable energy and draw a conclusion on how successful the transition from fossil fuels to alternative energy in different countries is.
