DESIGNING AN APPROACH TO LEAN PRODUCTION SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION BASED ON HIERARCHY ANALYSIS METHOD

https://doi.org/ 10.18384/2310-6646-2017-2-46-53

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the introduction of lean production systems at industrial enterprises. In current conditions of manufacturing it is difficult to identify the kinds of losses, as many of them are implicit, and are only revealed when the business processes are thoroughly analyzed, often in response to an increase in unproductive costs. The authors propose a solution to this problem based on the application of the hierarchy analysis method that allows to identify specific processes, functions and units that are of the top priority for research and improvement in implementing lean production systems.
