Abstract

The article considers the factors that determine the success or failure of introducing innovations. The relevance of the information and its processing speed is of paramount importance in the management of high-tech enterprises, and especially in the management of innovation. To solve this problem within a company to create R&D departments, considerable sums are spent on the search for innovative solutions, but all efforts are often broken against the inefficient structure of departments, the employees who do not understand the purposes of high-tech enterprises and the fear of the management to make decisions. It was determined what number of conservative employees in the team is admissible for innovations.
