Abstract
The article presents a description of decision-making process in logistics systems, highlights the problems connected with it in the logistics supply chain and analyzes the emergence of problem situations and their linking with task setting in the process of decision-making. The decision-making models of Meskon-Hedouri J. and E. Vilkas - E.Z. Maiminas are considered.
