https://doi.org/10.18384/2310-6646-2015-3-24-29

Abstract

The article examines the current institutional aspects of economic activity taking into consideration the role of public institutions as the most important marker of economic behavior. It is noted that so far the traditional economics has been institutionally neutral, which made economic analysis excessively abstract and formal. The author argues for the need of using the institutional approach to the analysis of economic agents’ behavior and the study of national economic culture. This will allow of studying economic processes more adequately and comprehensively both at micro and national economy level.
