CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN INDUSTRY: PROBLEMS AND CONCEPTIONS
Abstract
This article addresses the problem of change management in industry. At present the problem of periodic improvement of the system of industrial enterprise has developed into a problem of creating a mechanism for its constant adaptation to the effects of environmental factors. The concept is introduced of the mechanism of organizational changes of the system of industrial enterprise. The author considers the process of adapting the system of industrial enterprise management to the conditions of organizational change mechanism within the framework of economic reengineering and organizational development. The main variants of forming organizational structure of management for different types of enterprises are supplied.
