PROBLEMS OF BUILDING AN EFFECTIVE SYSTEM OF ENTERPRISES PERSONNEL LABOR MOTIVATION

Abstract

This article is devoted to employees' labor motivation and labor behavior management with the help of different HR-policies realization. The study focuses on the practice of forming HR-policies by state corporations and the factors influencing employees' labor motivation under globalization. These factors are important for studying, analyzing and building effective system of managing personnel motivation. Motivation is considered as the key, strategic direction of company's organizational development, increase in personnel commitment and job satisfaction.
