MANAGEMENT OF CHANGES AS THE BASIS OF SELF-ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article argues that the operating control system of industrial organization should be adapted to the conditions of self-organization continuously and gradually starting with the formation of management of changes structure. The article describes the bodies necessary to be formed to implement this process. The place of management of changes department and its information exchange with other divisions in engineering plant organizational structure are considered.
