PROBLEMS OF FORMING AND DEVELOPING INDUSTRIAL PERSONNEL MOTIVATION SYSTEMS

Abstract

The article suggests a set of scientific approaches to the construction of systems of industrial personnel motivation and reveals the key problems of their formation and development. On the basis of the examined data the authors conclude that the majority of theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation and development of the personnel motivation differ in that the employees of the company act only as a part of the production system in which the relations are built mainly on the economic level.
