ECONOMIC POLICY AND STATE ADMINISTRATION IN ECONOMIC CRISIS: RUSSIAN EXPERIENCE
Abstract
The article considers theoretical, methodological
and managerial problems of the Russian economy
in crisis. It characterizes the basic channels of crisis
distribution and its causes. The features of anti-crisis
policies implementation were specifi ed, the balance of
payments and credit sphere condition as well as labor,
employment and real economic sector were analyzed.
The effi ciency of anti-recessionary state policy was
identifi ed.
