MODULAR DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY - SYSTEM ECONOMIC CONCEPT OF INTENSIFYING HIGH-TECH COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article considers the scientifi c and
practical problem of providing low-cost rapid development
of large systems represented as a triad of the park
of technical, industrial and maintenance organizational
systems. It is substantiated that this development can
be realized on the basis of fundamental principles of the
concept of modular development strategy. This strategy
is presented as a supporting structure of the contours of
a breakthrough technology innovation development to
provide large systems necessary strategic response to
possible threats.
