THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL MARKETS IN ENHANCING THE INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF ECONOMY
Abstract
This article is concerned with the development of the Russian stock market and identifies its major problems, such as the financial and fiscal management, trends in the institutional development of the securities market, the role of investors in the development of industrial economy. The financial instruments of stock market have been revealed, their conversion and transformation in the flow of money capital to fictitious and then real assets of the company. The changes have been shown in legislation on controlling insider information and its management.
