THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF CREATING A CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE PROGRAMS OF INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

This article deals with the strategic issues associated with the control system software develop-ment companies. The author examines the factors which being underestimated can lead to a decrease in the competitiveness of enterprises, enhanced business risks and, consequently, reduction in the overall perfor-mance. The paper suggests the concept of program management for enterprise development, which is taken as a basis for theory building and systems development, methodology, Project Management and SADT-modeling and methodology for managing business activities of enterprises. The author examines the main provisions of the modeling of investment and innovation needed for the jump (by individual jumps through innovative trans-formation) development of the enterprise.
