IMPROVING MANAGEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF TERTIARY EDUCATION AND RESEARCH INTEGRATION UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF NATIONAL ECONOMY MODERNIZATION

Abstract

Today we witness the complex patterns as-sociated with the formation of «new» economy based on knowledge, one feature of which is very close and multi-scale integration of education, science and busi-ness, which is manifested both at the national level and in the process of globalization of the world economy. If we turn to the practice of foreign countries, regardless of the similarities and differences in national models of scientific and educational process, the basic direction of policy in this area forms a sort of "coordinate system" of national aims and state objectives. The integration of education, research and produc-tion in foreign universities took shape during the second half of the 19th - early 21st century. The integration models in use proved their viability and seem perspec-tive.
