ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION OF GAS DISTRIBUTION ASSETS OF RUSSIAN REGIONS
Abstract
The article presents a brief account of the
Russian technological complex of natural gas distribution
system, revealing the government status in managing
the consolidation of gas distribution assets, the key
members of the regional gas distribution companies and
the role of the Russian JSC «Gazprom» in the process
of integrating assets. The paper also schematizes the
results of regional gas distribution assets integration in
Russia.
