FORMING AND DEVELOPING RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AT BUILDING MATERIALS ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article considers the problems of
forming and developing risk management systems at
industrial enterprise based on Enterprise Wide Risk-
Management. The method is determined by management
complexity and multiplicity at industrial enterprises
producing building materials. It is based on distributive
functional model and its structure includes methodological,
organizational, regulatory, informational, economical
and psychological aspects. Ignoring these aspects
may negatively affect the effi ciency of the developed
systems operation. The article also suggests a number
of conceptual principles which could become the
foundation of adaptive and urgent risk-management
systems
