FORMING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS GUARANTEE FUND
Abstract
The article considers the problems that agricultural
producers face while attracting the borrowed
funds. One of the main diffi culties is the required loan
guarantee. The author proposes that a fund should be
created to provide borrowers with a loan guarantee and
suggests one of the possible options for such an institution
substantiating his idea by foreign countries experience
and Russian reality.
