DIAGNOSIS OF CRISIS IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

This article is devoted to the diagnosis of
crisis in the fi nancial activities of industrial enterprises.
The author describes the main methods for identifying
crises of economic entities, which include: environmental
monitoring, analysis of the signals of a possible
change in the competitive status of the enterprise which
is held by diagnosing macro- and direct environment, fi -
nancial analysis and comprehensive diagnostic analysis
of the company. The author described a method based
on comprehensive analysis and forecasting of the conditions
of industrial enterprise, which is the initial stage
of crisis management allowing one to detect crisis phenomena
in industrial activities.
