Ways of development of national innovative system, mechanisms of its stimulation and realization
Abstract
Concept NIS is a concept of the system, interconnected approach to development
of a science, innovations and manufactures. System character of the approach to technological
changes represents a new view on industrial development which allows considering it
as process of interaction and feedback between a complex of the economic, political, social,
organizational and other factors defining creation of innovations. The concept of the term system
accents a role of the state and private institutes in development of innovations, in maintenance
of interactions and feedback between the organizations, institutes and the Government
of the Russian Federation.
