About formation of the local market of the real estate of multipurpose complexes in Russia

Abstract

In spite of the material effect of local housing market on the country economy
there is no full theoretical foundation which promotes disclosure of its building rules, interpretation
of its operation mechanism and control methods. Fundamental sides of multifunction
complexes local market generating, its general evolution stages, formation reasons and new
types of landed property constitution are examined in this article.
