The use of contracts in the formation of tariff policy and regulatory system for public transport
Abstract
Questions of formation of tariffs on city passenger transport are considered.
Mechanisms of formation of contract system are investigated and communication between contract
system and a tariff policy of passenger transport is specified. Also discussed mechanisms
for the distribution of subsidies for the concessionary transport and describes the proposed
methods of calculating the compensation standards for the transport
