MANAGEMENT OF FORMATION OF INSTITUTES OF DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL SETTLEMENTS
Abstract
In this article the features of the development institutions of rural towns are examined.
The algorithms of forming and the principal content of the program of municipal
formations socio-economic development are suggested. The author propose to brisk up
the work of municipal governments authorities in founding autonomous institutions in
rural towns, for providing wide range of services.
