AN INNOVATION DEPARTMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL HOLDING COMPANY WORK ORGANIZING

Abstract

The article represents a sequence of an innovation department methods while realizing
an innovation project based on marketing in an industrial holding company. The author
describes stages of working ways of an innovation department and shows the core of
them. There are statistical data provided. There is a plan of commercial ideas suggested.
