Analysis of the formation and implementation of social programs in foreign countries (on the example of social programs for the protection of women with children)

Abstract
Aim. Present the results of the analysis of the formation and implementation of social programs in foreign countries (on the example of social programs for the protection of women with children).
Methodology. The methodological tools of the work are a combination of synthesis, deduction, induction and economic and mathematical research methods.
Results. The article proves that the social protection of unemployed women with children is the most important and at the same time difficult task of the social policy of the state. The success of this direction depends on the effectiveness of the state measures applied and the use of a systematic approach. The results of the analysis of the processes of formation and implementation of social programs for the protection of women with children in foreign countries are presented.
Research implications. It consists in the fact that the main provisions and conclusions contribute to the formation of new scientifically sound organizational and economic decisions aimed at improving the methodology of the implementation of state social policy, the transformation of social work. The presented provisions and conclusions contribute to the development of the theory of state social policy in terms of the developed methods for adapting the tools for the formation and implementation of social programs available in foreign practice to the conditions of the Russian Federation.
