Innovative influence of the internal environment of an industrial enterprise on management efficiency in the conditions of digitalization

Aim. The purpose of the article is to determine the degree of innovative influence on the effectiveness of the management of an industrial enterprise of its internal environment in the current conditions of geopolitical and economic development.

Methodology. During the research, the main methods used were system analysis, methods of content analysis of documents, systematization, analogy, generalization, economic and mathematical modeling and generation of new knowledge, as well as methods of analysis, comparison, interpretation of research results and some others.

Results. The article examines the peculiarities of the internal environment of an industrial enterprise of the Russian economy in the context of its innovative impact on the effectiveness of management in the conditions of sanctions pressure of the EU and the USA. A mathematical model of the interaction of factors of the internal environment of an enterprise in the process of strategic management is proposed, which uses methods of research, identification and logical interpretation of dependencies between the parameters of its external and internal environment and aggregated indicators that characterize the dynamics of the development of the enterprise as a whole, and also describes in detail the stages of the formation of this mathematical model.

Research implications. In order to carry out a systematic analysis and assessment of the innovative impact of the internal environment of an industrial enterprise on its management efficiency under the constraints of the current geopolitical situation in the world, a mathematical model of the interaction of factors of the internal environment of the enterprise in the process of strategic management is theoretically substantiated, within which the solution of these tasks can be found by using logical functions and neural network methods of identifying dependencies, providing an objective description of the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the factors of the internal environment of the enterprise.
