Countering sanctions restrictions and unfair competition in the nuclear energy industry

Abstract
Aim. The solution of the scientific problem associated with the development of theoretical and methodological approaches, conceptual provisions and practical recommendations that ensure the sustainable development of the NPI in the context of increased international competition and sanctions restrictions.
Methodology. The research materials of scientists whose scientific works are devoted to the nuclear industry, sustainable economic development, regulatory legal acts and documents are analyzed and summarized. Methods of comparative and statistical analysis were used in the formulation of the theoretical and methodological problem of countering sanctions restrictions and unfair competition in the nuclear power industry.
Results. According to the results of the study, the authors concluded that the imposed sanctions were only a tool to limit competition and reduce the share of domestic companies in the world market.
Research Implications. lies in identifying the key problems affecting the sustainable development of the NPI in the context of increased international competition and sanctions restrictions.
