Development of a business model of innovation management as sources of competitive advantages of enterprises

Abstract

Aim. To research certain aspects of innovation activities that form competitive advantages and contribute to improving the efficiency of Russian industrial enterprises. To operational management of the development of competitive advantages of industrial enterprises, it seems appropriate to systematize the sources of competitive advantages depending on the degree of novelty of needs.

Procedure and methods. The article uses analytical research methods and system-complex analysis.

Results. The algorithm of operational management the parameters of the business process of the development competitive advantages of high-tech industrial enterprises has been developed, considering the sources of competitive advantages and allowing to identify the most significant of them to justify the strategy for the implementation of high-tech industrial products.

Theoretical and/or practical significance. The conducted research makes it possible to assess changes in the predicted values and the significance of the technical and economic characteristics of high-tech industrial products and allows us to identify promising sources of competitive advantages and will contribute to improving the efficiency of industrial enterprises.
