PRIORITY NATIONAL PROJECTS AS A TOOL FOR SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF MOSCOW REGION)

Abstract

Aim. To analyze priority national projects as a tool for the socio-economic development of Moscow region. Methodology. The article examines the course of preparation and realization of the country development strategy, as well as the priority national projects in the conditions of sanctions and the COVID infection and their negative influence on the economy of the region. The main methods of research are: analysis, synthesis, the historical method and the method of comparative analysis. Results. In the course of the work, it was found that in the medium term, despite the unfavorable factors, the state will be able to achieve positive results in the implementation of priority national projects, which will ensure the progressive development of the country and stability in the society. Research implications. The research results contribute to the theory and practice of state and municipal government in the Russian Federation.
