THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF ENSURING PRODUCTION SUSTAINABILITY OF ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURES

Abstract

Aim. Consider the theoretical aspects of ensuring industrial sustainability in the system of sustainable development of entrepreneurial structures. To form an integral indicator of industrial sustainability aimed at identifying priority areas of impact of optimization tools in achieving sustainable development. To develop an optimization model for ensuring the production sustainability of entrepreneurial structures and substantiate scientific and practical recommendations for its application on the example of a functioning industrial enterprise. Methodology. The conducted scientific research is based on the theoretical, methodological and scientific-practical achievements of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of solving the problems of sustainable development of entrepreneurial structures. The methodological basis of the research is based on general scientific and special methods, of which the following are used in the work: monographic, abstract-logical, economic-mathematical, methods of analysis and synthesis, induction, formalization and mathematization. Results. The article studies the theoretical aspects of ensuring production sustainability in the system of sustainable development of sectoral business structures. The author’s concept of the category «sustainable development» of an entrepreneurial structure is formulated, the role of industrial sustainability in the system of sustainable development of an economic entity is highlighted. An integral indicator for assessing the level of industrial sustainability has been formed. The assessment is based on the use of statistical indicators that provide the ability to determine the rate of change in the level of industrial sustainability. It is significant that the integral assessment based on the geometric mean of the presentation of the results reflects the dynamics of changes in the state of the enterprise in the selected aspect, and the type of grouping reflects the structure of internal indicators and determines the degree of their influence on the ability to achieve the planned level of production sustainability. Also, this indicator serves as an information base for modeling. An economic and mathematical model is proposed and tested, which determines the process of optimizing the production of products, taking into account the types, combinatorics. Research implications. The theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring production sustainability in the system of sustainable development of entrepreneurial structures in the meat processing industry were coordinated, taking into account the influence of destabilizing factors, through the formation of a specific model for optimizing the distribution of limited resources and production planning. The results of the study can have practical application at processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex.
